Evaporation Sources
QUKEN provides various evaporation sources for both thermal and e-beam evaporation, such as metal and ceramic boats, filaments, crucibles and heaters, and e-beam crucible liners.
Crucibles are available in the following materials:
• Aluminum Oxide (Alumina)
• Boron Nitride
• Molybdenum
• Tantalum
• Tungsten
Crucibles are specified by height, bottom diameter, top diameter, wall thickness and other physical characteristics (such as lips). To speed up quotations please supply a drawing and if appropriate, the name of the system in which they are to be used.
