Pure metals are those metals that have not been alloyed with other metallic elements. Pure metals are characterized by their opacity and high thermal and electrical conductivities. Pure metal sputtering targets are some of the most widely used targets for sputtering. They must be as smooth and of as high a purity as possible.

QUKEN provides a wide range of pure metal sputtering targets with the minimum purity of 99.9% up to 99.999%. Our full analytic capability and complete machining capability ensures that our products will meet your specific application requirements. Although purity levels higher than required increase material costs, in some instances, the use of too low a purity can result in poor thin film quality.

All pure metal sputtering targets are supplied with the appropriate Safety Data Sheets (SDS), and Certificate of Analysis (COA), relevant to the lot number supplied.
